We all have conversations from time to time that we dread. Wishing it would go away rarely works. Having a clear strategy can make all the difference. This workshop is designed specifically for university staff in order to give you the communication skills and confidence to have a meaningful, productive conversation.
We typically explore techniques in preparation; both of yourself and the meeting. Setting the right atmosphere to enable you to get off to a positive start. We look at techniques in questioning, listening and coaching. We may look at influence, persuasion and motivation.
These workshops are tailored to work in the situations your staff find most challenging.
