
William has been director of Talking Shop Training since 2022, after joining the team in 2017.
With an undergraduate degree in Politics & International Relations at the University of Reading, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Broadcast Journalism from Nottingham Trent University, William designs and delivers workshops, coaching and confidential 1-2-1s for senior management, aspiring managers, academic staff & team leaders, drawing on his considerable experience facilitating across the private and public sector.

Clare has worked in association with Talking Shop and has been a leadership development consultant for over 25 years. As an ILM 7 Accredited Executive Coach and Mentor, she has extensive experience in coaching and facilitating.
Clare has been a part of many of the HEI programmes Talking Shop Training has run over the last 30 years, having been a part of Courageous Conversations at the University of Cambridge.

As founder of Talking Shop Training in 1992, Stewart has a varied background. He trained as an actor (Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts), graduating in 1982, worked in sales as an account manager for BT, retrained as a voice coach (Guildhall School of Music and Drama), became the Head of Voice at East E15 acting school and set up Talking Shop Training Ltd in 1992. He went on to become a practitioner of NLP (NLP Life training), a qualified Hypnotherapist (Atkinson Ball College) and is an accredited Myndflex® coach.
He has worked for international organisations, educational bodies and individuals from the public and private sector. He has helped Barristers, Broadcasters, Business people, Politicians and University lecturers engage their audience and deliver their message with confidence and clarity.

With over 20 years of experience as an Actor Facilitator, Coach, and Programme Designer, Pooja specialises in Leadership Development, Impact and Influencing Skills, Presentation and Communication Skills, Psychological Safety and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) — including Unconscious Bias.
She is a certified Insights Discovery Practitioner, using the Insights framework to help individuals and teams deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and improve communication and collaboration.

Kathryn Wolfe is a highly experienced TV presenting coach whose clients can be seen presenting on BBC, ITV, Sky, Channel 4, Channel 5, QVC.
She trains individuals and teams of speakers to present webinars, video and hybrid corporate events across UK and internationally, for public and private sectors.
Kathryn has written two leading text books, So You Want to be a TV Presenter and The TV Presenter's Career Handbook and has taken part in 6 BAFTA juries to choose winning presenters and performers.
From 2006 - 2018 she was Course Leader TV Production and Senior Lecturer Media Performance at University of Bedfordshire; formerly a BBC-trained TV Director with over 20 years experience in directing top shows at BBC and ITV.

Abraham has been working as a Role Player and Facilitator since 2020 where he began role playing for the NHS and the General Medical Council.
He has stepped into various characters required in training up staff at all levels, ranging from graduates to senior leadership teams.
Abraham has further developed his experience in running bespoke role play sessions, facilitating forum theatre scenes and providing one to one coaching when needed. Whether the topic is on Equality & Diversity, Storytelling, Presentation Skills, Negotiation, Courageous Conversations or providing feedback, Abraham is well equipped and able to support delegates in all these areas.

For the past twelve years Mark has worked extensively as a Role player for healthcare professionals working within The NHS (Cancer and End of Life Care) as well as The British Heart Foundation. This is aimed at helping individuals at all levels to improve their communication skills with patients, relatives and colleague’s.
With extensive experience in the acting world, Mark draws on this to bring his roleplaying ability to life.
His facilitation experience includes: Working with nurses at The Leadership Academy. As a classically trained actor, Mark continues to work in the industry and has appeared in numerous training videos centred around customer service, mental health, disability, trade and health & safety. He has also taken part in forum theatre around the Challenges of Dying which have been part of conferences supported by Frimley Health.

David specialises in working with senior leaders and their teams. He helps them to recognise their latent strengths so that progress feels liberating rather than arduous.
His coaching and facilitation work ranges across both public and private sectors to enhance strategic leadership effectiveness over 27 years. He brings an enjoyable combination of serious purpose and lightness of touch.
Before his consulting career, David was a magazine editor, sales and marketing manager, general manager of a touring opera company, and an opera singer.
In addition to accreditations in systemic coaching and numerous psychometric tools, David holds an MA in English from Trinity College, Cambridge, an MA in World History from Birkbeck College, and an MSc in management from London Business School, of which he is a Sloan Fellow.

Rajneet is an experienced facilitator and coach with 20 years of experience in Corporate Learning and Development. Her background in theatre shapes a highly experiential approach, creating powerful opportunities for participants to practise, experiment and build skills in a safe, supportive environment.
Her work spans topics including inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, influencing & negotiating, effective communication and feedback, presentation skills, supporting neurodiversity, allyship and equity, diversity and belonging.
